Social Media Creator: Social Content & Community Management

The Senior Connections Manager, Social Content Creation & Community Management will be working with one of the world’s savviest, and sassiest Fast Food brands to build their UK social presence. This is an incredible opportunity to work on one of the best brands in social media to help craft their content and community strategy. We’re looking for a passionate, clever social media specialist who wants to help take our hamburger brand to the next level!

Their responsibilities to engage social communities through content & conversation across platforms include:

  • Monitoring and responding on behalf of the brand
  • Owning & bringing to life brand voice in social
  • Development of social content including shooting social content (TikTok, IG Reels, etc) in our London restaurants
  • Social listening insight and recommendations to activate the brand in culture and connect with the brand’s audience
  • Developing communications & content strategies that leverage all key social platforms in unique ways
  • Developing content calendars and scheduling content
  • Social reporting to identify learnings to implement for future activity
  • Communication with the client & internal teams

Required Skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationship and regular communication with client
  • Strong creative and content skills-you must be able to concept and capture social content for platforms like TikTok & IG
  • Interest in social and emerging media
  • Interest in fast food & internet culture
  • Understanding of social media tools and capabilities, including:
  • Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc)
  • Social listening through social platforms and tools like Brandwatch
  • Social media measurement/analytics & ability to pull into a report

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing environment
  • Specific hands-on experience with social marketing channels (responding & content management)
  • Demonstrated success with client relationships, team management and business development
